Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a profound and subtle therapeutic technique that helps the body to move into coherence and realign with it’s own innate healing system. This hands-on modality uses a gentle touch to discover tension or disregulation in the membranes and fluids around the central nervous system. By accessing the nervous system in this way, the body is able to move toward equilibrium.

Intentional. Calming. Kind

Jill’s massage starts with gentle calming techniques to soothe your nervous system followed by slow-paced, moderate to firm Swedish massage combined with myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and joint mobilizations.

A firm believer that massage should feel good, Jill aims to ease out tension and increase mobility leaving you feeling more comfortable in your body, relaxed, and standing just a little bit taller.

Jill’s massage super power is with a technique called Dermoneuromodulating (DNM).

“It’s an approach to manual therapy that primarily considers the nervous system rather than the structural tissue being treated. It targets the nerves in the skin, encouraging them to slide and glide, unloading them slowly, calming the nervous system, and allowing the brain to reconsider its output (pain). It is gentle, it is kind, it is slow. I use this approach in combination with Swedish massage techniques which allows for broad, general techniques that have specific and deep effects.”

We can work together to create a path forward in a non-judgmental and supportive manner. Everything you need to heal is already inside of you. I’ll provide care, collaboration, space, and tools using the mind, body, heart, and spirit to help you uncover it. I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.
